Paying your maintenance fee:

  1. Pay with a check or money order at the office.

  2. Have your bank send a check to:

    *Make sure the bank has the address and unit number listed.

  3. Pay online through ACH ( there is a 1% third party fee)

    Call the office at 440-779-7800 to get that set up.
